App of the Week – Tweetbot

in Random Posts

I can’t recall how many Twitter Apps I’ve gone through but if it Tweets I’ve probably bought it. I first heard of Tweetbot a couple weeks ago and never bothered to download and give it a try until the Occupy Nova Scotia eviction on November 11. At the time I was using TweetDeck and for some reason it started crashing every time I tried to do something; a new Tweet, a new search, a new photo, and on and on and of course it happened at the worst possible time. Frustrating!

I remember reading about Tweetbot and how great the review was so I downloaded it right away. After a few quick minutes getting it set up I was back in action and have enjoyed this app ever since. It’s easy to use, simple in it’s design and layout, and the interface is a pleasure. This app became my default Twitter client instantly. If you’re looking for simplicity in Tweeting this is the app for you.
