Unimaginable is the only word I can think of. It would be unimaginable as a parent. It’s unimaginable to think about, to hear about, to try to comprehend the pain. I think of my daughter when she was in elementary school and how it was. Her friends, her art, her desk, her innocence.
A part of our world is broken. If we can’t fix it we can’t fix the broken people in it.
I don’t know what else to say. I just read over the names and ages of the children lost. Charlotte Bacon, age 6, Daniel Barden, age 7, Olivia Engel, age 6, Josephine Gay, age 7 …
This is unimaginable. This is horror.
