J’utilise SugarSync car c’est l’un des seuls à proposer des plans > 100 Go (dropbox est limité à 100 Go).
Il est surtout bcq plus customisable que les autres outils (avec Dropbox, il faut revoir l’arborescence de ses répertoires pour les faire tenir dans un seul dossier qui sera synchro, tandis que SugarSync est complètement transparent car permet de sélectionner les répertoires à synchroniser).

Scan is good, i-nigma is better (also free) and Quick Mark ($1.99) is awesome. It let’s you create QR codes!
